I picked up this adorable hutch on the local classifieds. Can't wait to paint it a fresh creamy white. I wanted to give you a sneak peak. I think I am going to remove the metal mesh lattice in the doors.

Skinny Dirty Legs
This is the little thrift store table I told you about in my last post!
It was pretty dirty and dusty. At $10.00 I couldn't just leave it there. |
I loved the tall skinny legs and all the detailing.
It has dovetail joints on the drawer. |
I cleaned it really good with spray TSP. I haven't ever used the spray. I loved it. I then primed it with KILZ |
I lined the drawer with scrapbook paper. I bought a little crystal knob, but haven't put it on yet. |
See the detailing on the legs. I am going to wax or antique the details so they really stand out. Just got too excited to get the pics posted. |
This may go in my daughters room, or maybe my dining room, or porch or the master bedroom, or a bathroom............we will see. Have a great week |

4th of July Weekend Begins
Here are a few shots of my 4th of July Weekend decor
in my hutch I like to change out frequently
Mini Apothecary Jars from the thrift store
More thrift store finds. Love the salt water taffy in red white & blue wrappers
(that I keep finding all over my House)
Vintage blue bottles I have had for years. With little sparkler picks from the dollar store
New banner this year. Couldn't resist
I LOVE decorating for the 4th. Here in Utah we keep our decor until after July 24th which is also a state holiday
Cloche with a mini Americana Chair and tiny pillow
Have a great weekend. I will post photos of the front of my home this weekend. I am in my PJ's and don't want to run out there in front of the neighbors right now.
I bought a darling vintage desk yesterday for $10.00 at the thrift store. I can't wait to show you.
