The weather is clearing up. I have so many painting projects to catch up on. Lots of painting from all of the thrift store finds I picked up over the winter..

Easter Wishes

Here are a few shots of my spring and Easter decor.

I redid my favorite hutch like I do at every holiday.

It helps keep all holiday items contained in one general area so they really make a larger statement.

This little bunny is holding a baby bunny. So cute.

You can barely see him peeking through the grass.

Vintage Violet Collection

I started a "violet" collection awhile back. I love to find anything vintage,

embellished with the little purple flower.

A friend gave me this sheet music -It's a favorite. I placed it on an old mirror for now

Here is a sweet little sugar bowl without its lid, setting upon a stack of vintage saucers with violets on them.

I think Spring is Finally Here!

Spring has Sprung....

I am hoping to get out my Easter decor this weekend. It seems like life has been so hectic lately not to mention my whole family just got over being sick. I can't wait for it to warm up so I can get some of my painting projects done in the garage. They have really stacked up over the cold winter.

The tulips and irises are rearing their little heads, I am ready for spring yard clean-up

I can't believe my son is 7 years old today. Where did those years go?

He left me this darling post-it-note on my laptop the other day. How sweet.

Sometimes he likes to dress up my vignette's around the house with his own "touch".

It's been awhile since I posted. How have you been? I thought I would post a few recent thrift store scores! It's hard to get motivated to do anything really constructive when it is snowy and cold outside..Can't wait for it to warm up so I can do some painting projects in the garage.
